A Kit is a pair hinges with packers allowing 13mm or 17mm stack height

(Hinges can be fitted without prior Stack Height measurement being required)

Also supplied in a Kit are

Deep thread stainless steels screws, as removing previous screws

can enlarge the hole making replacing with the same screws not secure also non Stainless steel screws will rust over a period of time

8 ",10'' , 12'' and 16''  Hinges are Supplied with 12 stainless steel screws and 6 packers
20" and 24" Hinges are supplied with 14 stainless steel screws and 8 packers

  • Excellent weather sealing and draught proofing performance from extended enclosed end cap and asymmetrical vent arm.

  • Compatible with uPCV, timber and aluminium windows

  • Standard 13mm and highline stack heights of 16mm

  • Slider with adjustable brass friction screw can be adjusted to keep top hung window open

  • Made from ferritic stainless steel that will not rust

  • 10 Year mechanical guarantee.

  • Standard ferritic (was 430) to BS EN 10088-2 Grade 1.401

  • Stainless steel repair screws available pack of 20, ideal for replacement hinges

  • Please Note length of hinges vary slightly from different hinge manufactures 

  • Hole placement in hinges for the screws vary from different hinge manufactures

  • A pair is two hinges to fit one opening sash

  • Stack height is the thickness of the hinge simply place the hinge in the closed position and measure the height at mid point of hinge it will measure from 13mm - 18mm (16mm - 18mm is the same hinge and will not affect operation of the windows) Do not measure the hinge end cap height.
