P.V.D, or Physical Vapour Deposition, is a cutting-edge coating process that applies a thin, durable layer of chrome in a vacuum chamber, creating a mirror finish. The P.V.D process adds a slight cost uplift, hence only used on premium hardware. Backplate sizes vary by manufacturer, so redrilling or elongating fixing holes may be needed. The 210mm / 211mm distance is common for long backset lever handles.

Installation Guidance:

First thing to Confirm is the 92pz matches as it’s non-modifiable. A set includes one handle for each side of a single door, meaning a pair covers one door. For French doors, order two pairs—one for the left-hand side and one for the right-hand side externally, with the opposite lever handle with the holes that the fixing screws insert on the inside. Installation requires the supplied screws and spindle.

Use a handheld pozidrive screwdriver only and avoid over tightening as damage may occur. If the screws are too long then you can cut the screws down to the correct length using a junior hacksaw or you may find it more convenient to reuse existing screws if compatible. The same applies to the spindle but make sure the spindle fits as deep in to each lever handle as this takes the downward load when the handle is operated.
