These uPVC Weather Drip Bars offer reliability and functionality, with:
- Size of Drip Bar: 23mm high x 18mm wide, projection. Length of your choice, 100mm to 1190mm.
- Fixing Screw Positions: 3–5 screws, depending on the bar length chosen.
- Finish: UV-stable uPVC, colour achieved with Renolit foil.
- Core Material: Virgin lead-free uPVC.
- Additional Components: End caps and nipple screws included. Sample 100mm bars lack screws or end caps.

Installation Guidance:
Draw a straight line on the outside face for the drip bar. Mark 2–4 screw positions along the line. This depends on the bar length chosen. Drill a 3mm hole through the door’s first skin. Or use a battery screwdriver with a cross-head tip. Drive the self-drilling screws in carefully. Slide the drip bar over the nipple head screws. Set it centrally in position. The bar should finish 5–10mm from each door frame end. This applies when the door is closed. The drip bar bottom should be 15mm above the threshold. This is above the highest part the door seals to. It allows for expansion or movement over seasons. Hold end caps in place with silicone or superglue.
The drip bar can be cut to length with a junior hacksaw.
